In September we were received an extreme sewer backup from a City maintained line that flooded four homes with 2 to 14 inches of raw sewage. With no help from the City we called Elite-1 who was recommended by by Insurance agent. Dave and his crew were there with in 30 minutes and jumped in right away with mitigation cleanup and why the crew was taking care of business Dave explained what was needed, estimates and claims to a level I could understand. We had horrible water damage in the master bathroom upstairs, then led to approximately 75% damage through out our ENTIRE home.
