In September we were received an extreme sewer backup from a City maintained line that flooded four homes with 2 to 14 inches of raw sewage. With no help from the City we called Elite-1 who was recommended by by Insurance agent. Dave and his crew were there with in 30 minutes and jumped in right away with mitigation cleanup and why the crew was taking care of business Dave explained what was needed, estimates and claims to a level I could understand. The price was more than fair and the restoration estimate was the lowest of the ones we got. Dave and his crew worked with us through the whole process with a professional and caring attitude. All facets from the beginning to end of the operation. Dave kept us informed of any challenges with options of repairs, and any cost changes. We had horrible water damage in the master bathroom upstairs, then led to approximately 75% damage through out our ENTIRE home. We called Elite 1 after someone else had referred them, they came immediately, jumped into the mitigation and told us it would be 4 months to tear everything out, replace, and remodel. Recently had to call on David and Elite 1 Restoration , not once, but twice in the past 4 months. Elite 1 fixed it the first time and did a beautiful job. Then when the second pipe broke 2 months later, he was immediately back on the job, making sure everything was dried out again, before we started the restoration phase. The second pipe break did more extensive damage. David advised and educated us on a number of issues during both the mitigation and restoration phases. His crews are always on time, usually early and very courteous and helpful. The kitchen looks beautiful now. I would not hesitate to call him a third time. Here’s hoping I don’t have to though!!
